Ludovic Pezé, a survivor of Meningitis B whose passion resides in motorsport and simracing, has resulted in over 10 years of experience in the management and development of innovative and inclusive projects in this field. Holder of an MBA in Motorsport Management, Ludovic Pezé founded Motors Formula Team (MFT) in 2014, the first start-up of African origin which offers a complete training, promotion and support service for professional drivers and amateurs.
Pezé worked with drivers in various categories such as karting / Formula 4 / FIA Formula 2 / F1 Historic / GT4-GT3 / LMP2. Including the Gran Turismo star, Jann Mardenborough and ex-Formula 1 and Formula E winner Pascal Wehrlein.
Pezé’s mission is to promote diversity and minority representation in motorsport, for which have been recognized and cited as an example by Sir Lewis Hamilton's commission.
